Code coverage is not correct

The separate 'test' module is not captured correctly. It has no 'main' source code itself and just tests the other adapter/implementation modules.

A possibility is to execute all tests in the separate 'test' project like it's described here: https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/CrossProject:HouseKeeping_Best_Practices_Group:Integration_Test
