Usability & Console Frontend - Switch to Spectre.Console

@SvenMarcus suggested that we switch from the default console to Spectre.Console which does look like a promising balance between keeping the tool as a CLI application that is also intended for the use with CIs and providing the possibility of a more user friendly frontend.

This discussion is mostly aimed at figuring out which parts need to be changed or updated to achieve that goal.

Using Spectre.Console makes the use of CommandLine obsolete, so that part has to be switched over.
It's probably also a good idea to implement some sort of proper reporting system (or alternatively use a third party package), so we can generate full reports.

We'll also have to think about whether we want the reporting to be real-time or get a full report per job.
