This introduces: * --fairmq-send-buffer-size * --fairmq-recv-buffer-size * --fairmq-ipc-prefix to customize the associated fairmq channels options. Moreover it defaults --fairmq-rate-logging to 0.

@ktf Is this a workaround or long term solution? More importantly, can this simply be the default behavior for all synchronous processing? |

@ktf there was an error in the most recent builds: I'm guessing the O2 build succeeded, which is why the test results were included, but O2Suite failed with that error, so no log for that build was produced. So the overall run failed, but the error wasn't in any log that The build succeeded last night though. |

@ironMann The better way will be to have full req/reply but for that I need a bit more refactoring / thinking. |

@kft I agree with the req/rep scheme. It's also needed to drive 2 independent DPL workflows with a single TF source on EPN. I'll add a jira subtask to track this feature. |

@ironMann ok. keep in mind that you will also have to provide the proper config to the readout-proxy channel, since that's managed outside DPL. |
