Hi @totalnet32. Thank you for reporting your issue. Did you deploy the Tier3 add-on using the UI or code? Did you deploy MLZ right before you deployed the Tier3 add-on? If not, how recently did you deploy MLZ?

using the UI. our MLZ has been in production for some time already over a year.

@totalnet32 Today I ran a deployment of tier3 and was not able to reproduce your issue. Does your hub resource group have all the private DNS zones?

Not all of them, some are under the subscriptions

stood up another subscription the private ends are created but looking in the activity logs for the deployments
