because you can just normaly uninstall it, it was first made because onedrive uninstaller didn't work propertly and didn't unbind itself from explorer properly

I think it should be added back. It was a helpful tool for quick, one-click, solution to getting rid of OneDrive. Many of the things this tool does can be done "normally", but this tool makes it super easy and quick to do them. Not only is it helpful, but after installing Windows 11 today and uninstalling OneDrive "normally" I ended up in the classic situation of my folders such as Desktop, Documents, etc, still stuck in the OneDrive folder
