Offline mode detected - Install tab disabled

I just received the latest version (windows-toolbox_default-title_6cf327f5fddc67e0.zip) and get the message that it's running in "Offline mode".

The machine is connected to the internet.
I do see blocks to DoH 1.1.1.1 on my firewall. (DoH and DoT outbound to internet are not permitted)
Is this what you are using to test internet connectivity?

Windows Toolbox is awesome. Thank you for making Windows better!
