CameraView requires microphone permission even for photo capture on Windows

Current behavior:
CameraView requires both camera and microphone permissions even when only photos are taken.

If the user denies microphone permission, camera initialization fails.

Expected behavior:
CameraView should still work for photo capture and allow video recording without audio when microphone permission is denied.

Proposed fix:
Allow MediaCapture initialization without audio when microphone permission is denied.
