we actually store sync committee message stats in the attestation performance graph, which is really misleading.

On top of that we should really find a way to graph the number that either weren't produced, or weren't included in blocks - these would be valid things to actually graph in that attestation performance graph.
This is basically fairly important information to understand how our attestations are tracking over time, and we don't appear to have it visible.
