关于taro和webpack/vite配置耦合问题 #17272

提个建议，如果不想要做构建工具的插件化，那么我觉得这二者应该单独拆分开来配置，vite.config.* & taro.config.*

我觉得这样配置更符合使用的心智模型，若全都耦合在一起，初次配置并不清楚哪里跟哪里，就算对构建工具熟悉
