Add supported Claude version to --version?

I want to keep up with Claude releases as much as I can but tracking the supported version of tweakcc is a bit cumbersome.

Currently I go through the release logs and see which prompts are supported. Techinically the README.md seems to be (sometimes) outdated or at least mentions a different supported version number than the release log.

Would it be possible to add the supported version to the --version output? For example:

tweakcc --version
3.2.4
supports Claude 2.0.74

Do you mind clarifying? What do you mean by "go through the release logs"?

Release logs are the text attached to each release

• tweakcc is being released with a release github action
• that creates a release, visible under https://github.com/Piebald-AI/tweakcc/releases
• each release has some text attached to it, especiallly a "What's Changed" paragraph, listing all the commits/changes
• in that paragraph there might be a bullet point indicating changes like Prompts for v2.0.76 by @mike1858 in #316
• then I I have strong indicator that v2.0.76 is supported

@oschrenk Ah, I see now. The latest supported CC version number in the readme (2.0.69 currently) actually only refers to the patches that tweakcc performs—so currently tweakcc is guaranteed to not having any patching errors as of CC 2.0.69. It does not refer to the system prompts.

tweakcc fetches system prompts directly from this repo at runtime, so as soon as we merge a PR that adds the system prompts into the repo, all existing tweakcc installations immediately have access to it—you don't need to update your tweakcc version in order to get them.

If you're using a CC version that's newer than the CC version number in the readme, you just might get some patching errors like these:

patch: getModuleLoaderFunction: failed to find module loader function
^ patch: getReactVar: failed to find moduleLoader
patch: patchesAppliedIndication: failed to find React variable
patch: suppressLineNumbers: failed to find line number formatter pattern

But we patch system prompts differently than the other patches, so as long as you have the system prompts for your exact CC version, the system prompt patching will always work. Those errors are only for the non-dynamic patches which are more brittle.

I can see how that's confusing though, so I'll update the readme to be more clear on this point.
