Can scoop be configured not to rely on github.com?

github.com has been more aggressively blocking traffic (or just down) lately and about 2/3 of the time I cannot connect to github.com causing scoop to fail entirely. In an effort to sidestep github, for a long time I've been slowly mirroring copies of projects and artifacts on my own servers and was wondering if there was a way to continue to use scoop without relying soley on github.com but instead on my own mirrors?
