Release 1.115 milestone

Features:

  • Attempts caching #664
  • Fetch sections in syllabus silently #665
  • Visualize section enabled appearance #666

Enhancements:

  • Migrate match_scheme to Google Cloud Storage

Bug Fixes:

  • Fix viewing solution overwrites current user code #667
