Swallow TaskCanceledException exception in RunAsync

Currently the method RunAsync print all exceptions, even when TaskCanceledException has been handled in individual commands. This makes the CLI quite annoying, since it dump the stack trace.

Yeah that's by design (unless I misunderstand the use case). You should be try/catching your OperationCanceledExceptions to provide a more descriptive error upstream (using a CommandException in this scenario).
