modifying the chromeos via shimboot doesn't temporarily unenroll anymore?

i recently tried booting chromeos unenrolled via shimboot but it didnt work. it showed "invalid hwid" but still enrolled. anyone know why or have a fix? HP Chromebook 14A G5 "grunt"

edit2: im on debian 13 and chromeos version 136 i believe

its because using a malformed hwid doesnt stop the enrollment oobe from showing up anymore, hence making the feature obsolete unless you downgrade to a certain chromeos version
