Whats the top-up to use this plugin, over the installed Telegram plugin ( build in one )?

Primary difference is this uses a Dual Auth model for the chat bridge, this allows for elevated access to tools with proper configuration as well as restricted access to an llm with no tool capabilies, which would be useful in situations where you want access to a standard LLM with new context and that could interact with others in Telegram in a restricted security posture. Just as an fyi, this plugin was built prior to the release of the built in plugin so there is some redundancy between the 2 but this one stands out for flexibility with security postures within the chat bridge.
