WSL2 - no recent network activity

描述问题
使用hysterial 2.4.4 及以下版本以客户端模式能够正常连接，使用2.4.5及以上版本则出现 [no recent network activity](error: timeout: no recent network activity)

如何复现
标准WSL2 环境， 内核版本 Linux linux 6.6.87.2-microsoft-standard-WSL2，使用上述分别使用2.4.5可以复现该问题

预期行为
后续新版本应能在WSL2中正常连接
