Add per-user outbound configuration for SOCKS5 #1481
Description
Currently, Hysteria ACL allows controlling user access, but there is no way to assign a specific outbound (e.g., SOCKS5) to an individual user.
It would be very useful to have a feature that allows specifying which outbound to use per user. This is particularly beneficial for setups where the server needs to route traffic from different users through different SOCKS5 proxies.
