Same issue here. It seems that BMW drastically reduced the number of allowed requests during 24hrs recently.

I've now updated the interval to 30min between requests and that does it. I can probably finetune to be a little more aggressive, but clearly this interval is too large to be useful :(

The strange thing is that the MyBMW App doesn't seem to be affected by this? Even when I hit this limitation with bimmer_connected I can still use the MyBMW App without any issues (on the same user account, for the same car). So clearly the App must have a smarter way to use the API?

I am having the same issue since today. However the same code worked fine a few days ago.

I deleted the bmw_auth.json file and created a new captcha for "rest of world" just to make sure. Maybe running this script every 10s was a bit too much...

However the BMW app is working fine. Also I rebooted my internet connection to get a new IP, however this did not help. I am using the newest version of bimmer_connected: 0.17.1

What am I doing wrong?

Every 10 seconds is waaay to much. You should aim at least around the 5 minute mark (or try going faster while charging) but everything below 5 min is at own own risk.

The app works because you're blocked by the authentication endpoints and the app is still authenticated.

Deactivate everything and wait for 24 hours before trying again.
