I would add that the status is not updated in many other cases - for example the agent responsible for UX design also does not do it. |

I also noticed this issue. btw. If the code review finds any problems, which happens often, the story should not be marked as done. It should remain in progress, and all findings should be documented in the story.md file. At the moment, I have to ask the agent to add it manually. I would appreciate improving this process. |

I have noticed that after running code-review following dev-story, that the sprint-status.yaml is never being updated to 'done' --the story file is, but the yaml is not. So this causes a number of issues and I have to manually set the status to 'done' in order for it to move to the next story.
anyone else notice this issue?
