Hello,
I would like to share an open protocol proposal for cooperative overtaking assistance using decentralized Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communication.
The goal is to allow vehicles to determine overtaking feasibility beyond line-of-sight using lightweight broadcast messages.
