Not yet implemented, so you can only reuse Android's settings to suppress app - battery settings: put to restricted, so it's suppressed, and then data settings: disabled background data access. But, even as per AOSP that doesn't guarantee the app won't access internet. You can though try your chances with Tasker etc |

How to only allow Maps access internet when the app is on the foreground?
So when the app is closed or minimised, all traffic should be blocked.
