Continue CLI force login!

Hi,

Continue CLI forces me to login using Continue account or Anthropic API key!
This suppose to be an open source project!
I use Ollama locally so I don't want to use both login strategies. How can I use Continue CLI using Ollama?

We are open sourced and contributions. Also to add, when shipping the CLI back in August we found the best result came from Anthropic models, which are not provided via Ollama.
