encrypted connection string

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To manage sources, we have 2 choices :

1. create a pgwatch.yaml file with "readable" connection string by any k8s admin.
2. use the pw_source with a connection string to the, where cxString are also readable.

in both case, pwd are readable.

Do you think it'd possible to use some encrypted password process ?
