fix(query): Fix inverted index matched score caused panic

Summary

The matched_rows: Option<Vec<usize, Option<F32>>> field in BlockIndex is used to store the inverted index matched rows and optional scores. During deserialization, Option and Vecis recursively processed, which may trigger depth or size limits and cause a panic. This PR splits matched_rows into two separate fields, matched_rows and matched_scores, to avoid recursively processing options during deserialization.
