Selecting music with the wheel

I'm fairly new to the project, but is there a way to set up the PC version of Cannonball to where I can select the three original music tracks using the wheel (or, any analog input), like in the arcade (or, at least on the Arcade1Up version)? This might be a nitpick, I know, but I'd just like to keep it as close to the arcade as I can. Thank you.
