[CarPlay] Add bindings for new iOS 26.4 APIs
3a815bf 
New types:
- CPImageOverlay, CPSportsOverlay, CPThumbnailImage
- CPPlaybackConfiguration (uses CMTime from CoreMedia)
- CPPlayableItem protocol
- CPListTemplateDetailsHeader
- CPNavigationWaypoint, CPRouteSegment, CPMapTemplateWaypoint
- CPLocationCoordinate3D struct

New enums:
- CPRerouteReason, CPRouteSource, CPImageOverlayAlignment
- CPPlaybackPresentation, CPPlaybackAction

Additions to existing types:
- CPTrip: waypoint-based navigation APIs (deprecated MKMapItem ones)
- CPNavigationSession: route segments and resume trip APIs
- CPVoiceControlState: action buttons
- CPVoiceControlTemplate: CPBarButtonProviding conformance
- CPMapTemplateDelegate: route sharing, waypoint, and route source callbacks
- CPListImageRowItemElement: CPPlayableItem conformance
- CPListImageRowItemCardElement: NSSecureCoding, thumbnail support
- CPListTemplate: list header support
- CPSessionConfiguration: video playback support
- CPListItem: CPPlayableItem conformance
