Waydroid access help please!

I have set up Opensnitch to block inboud and outbound traffic and the trouble is Waydroid doesn't ask for internet access. There isn't anything related to Waydroid in the events tab either.
I made a rule to allow the waydroid0 interface, no luck.
Ideas please
