Docify - home page links are incorrect

Bug Report

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Follow advent of CALM up to Day 11
2. Run calm docify on an architecture
3. All the links on the homepage (http://localhost:3000/) are to /control-requirements/... and result in 404s. The menu is fine.

Expected Result:

Links go to nodes, relationship and flow pages

Actual Result:

404 page not found
