Tensorflow 2.13, CUDA 12.2, Python 3.11, no AVX?

And, BTW, thank you for 2.9 ss2!!!
I was finally able to have Tensorflow 2 GPU running on my old i7.

Also, is there somewhere a straightforward tutorial / way to compile tensorflow for one's machine?
I find the instructions on the TF official site way above my head.
