How to save SHIORI_HTTP_SECRET_KEY on windows ? #1041

Only shiori.exe and shiori.db, no config files found.

And most of corresponding manual is DOCKER-ONLY.

So how can I save SHIORI_HTTP_SECRET_KEY on windows ?
