layer editor memory leak

Using H2 2.0.0 pre-alpha built today.
Mint 22.1 with pipewire 1.3.81

When I open the layer editor, move the start of some layer a bit to the right, then press "play" in the editor window, RAM quickly fills to 100% and system becomes unresponsive..

nice catch! Seems to affect version 1.2.4 as well.

Could you check whether #2094 (based on v1.2.4) or #2095 (based on master branch) fixes this issue?

I checked out the masterbranch commit. Seems fixed!
