Trigger MIDI CC messages via automation path

A feature quite frequently requested is to have Hydrogen trigger arbitrary MIDI messages. (E.g. #57, #672, #1281)

I think the cleanest way to provide such a feature would be to allow to assign a MIDI CC event to (an) automation track/path and send a signal whenever the automation path changes value.

But beforehand the automation path has to be improved significantly.
