Handle recent Twitter design changes

- Restored the Quote Tweets link on focused tweets when they have QTs
- Handle the new "Post engagements" screen
  - Fixed hiding the quoted tweet when viewing Quote Tweets
  - Renamed tabs to Quote Tweets and Retweets
- Handle the Tweet textarea no longer being displayed underneath the focused tweet on mobile
- Fixed adding the Add Muted Words menu item on desktop

Fixed hiding views under media in the media modal view
