Check if device has Bluetooth adapter

How can I check if there is Bluetooth on the PC? I noticed this behavior:

1. If the device has a Bluetooth adapter and it is not turned on before starting the program, BluetoothRadio.Default will give a PlatformNotSupportedException.
   If you turn on Bluetooth after that, BluetoothRadio.Default != null (even if you turn it off again)
2. If the device does not support Bluetooth, there will also be a PlatformNotSupportedException.
