I've been using v4.2.2 of the nuget package with .Net 8 on Windows 11 quite happily but when I upgraded to the latest stable 4.2.3 I can no longer create an instance of BluetoothClient, it throws a PlatformNotSupportedException. Has platform support changed in this version?
