Traffic extremely slow when running local servers with LAN traffic enabled

• Device: Desktop
• OS name and version: Elementary OS (Ubuntu-based 24.04.2 LTS)
• IVPN app version: v3.14.34

Describe the problem

When running test suites, anything involving sending mail to local email servers and sending requests from local apps results in it taking an extremely long time to process.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run local web apps and or test suites.

Observed Results:

For example, a test suite that normally executes in less than a second takes over 40 seconds to run. This scales with the number of tests involving it. So if I run tests that normally take a minute, this will seemingly never get through them all.

This also is the case when running web apps locally. Any emails that go out take something like 20 seconds each.

Expected Results:

• Local server/web app traffic to go through as normal when permitted to run LAN traffic.
