-g flag should be applicable to install/upgrade commands

I'm new to mise, so I'm sorry if I'm asking a stupid question. I tried to find similar discussions but did not.

When I run mise use -g fd it updates ~/.config/mise/config.toml.

But when I want to update global tools, I have no equivalent mise up -g fd.
I can achieve the same with mise -C ~/.config/mise up but this feels less ergonomic.

There's a pain point here because on the project level I have tools shared with the team, with a mise.lock, but a separate global list for my personal tools.

Also, thank you - I've juse set up a new machine and mise really helped me declutter.
