MISE_YES/--yes does not work for exec config trust prompts

$ cat <<EOF >mise.toml
[env]
FOO = "bar"
EOF

$ MISE_YES=1 mise exec -- echo hello # prompts for config trust

$ mise exec --yes -- echo hello # also prompts for config trust

No particular opinion if "yes" should work for enabling trust, but it is documented as "Answer yes to all confirmation prompts", either the documentation or the behavior seem to need changing.
