Even getting paragraph indentation information is needed. That way it will be possible for me to capture the visual presentation of the docx, which is a crucial step as i can't modify all the many files to switch to word styles. |

You might need to pre-process your docx files in something that handles the presentation layer to move the presentational bits you are concerned with and make them into something semantic (e.g. convert the centered sections to blockquotes or something) before you do the document conversion with Pandoc (which only preserves semantics, not presentation/style). |

I have a lot of .docx files which have some text center aligned and some text justified. I'm trying to convert them to markdown but would like to capture this paragraph alignment data as markdown custom-styles and further process based on the alignment. Could you please tell me if there is a way this can be done?
