Version 3.11

This release contains some important Updates in underlying Modules like flask_admin.

Also, now introduced is a completely modular Plugin Structure so that Third-Party Plugins now can contain DB models or register Views for the GUI as well. Using the new Plugin Definition JSON it's also possible to register Extra Account fields.
