Bug: templates broken (nuxt, react, svelte)

🐛 Bug Report

When using the templates nuxt, react, or svelte, running the LIFF app results in an error.

🤔 Expected Behavior

Expect to see LIFF init succeeded on browser

😯 Current Behavior

Bug by each template:

Nuxt: LIFF init failed

React: blank page, console error (TypeError: ReactDOM.render is not a function)

Svelte: blank page, console error (Uncaught Svelte error: component_api_invalid_new)
