Improve rockspec format

lx generate-rockspec will generate:

dependencies = {
        "lua>=5.1",
        "luafilesystem>=1.8.0",
        "luaposix>=36",
}

Can we add space to make it look better:

dependencies = {
        "lua >= 5.1",
        "luafilesystem >= 1.8.0",
        "luaposix >= 36",
}

This is a matter of stylistic preference.

Adding the spaces would increase code complexity (we use the semver crate internally).

even if

[dependencies]
foo = " >= 0.0.4"

lx generate-rockspec still trim whitespaces to get

dependencies = {
	"foo>=0.0.4",
}

Why not allow user to customize if keep whitespaces by foo = " >= 0.0.4" or foo = ">=0.0.4"?

Because Lux doesn't translate directly from toml to rockspec.

It's toml -> Lux's internal model (that uses the semver crate) -> rockspec.
