Please give a step by step guide on how to integrate tailwindcss v3

I have followed the guide from here for integration of tailwind css plugin , but its not working for me , maybe i am missing something i am not aware of , it would be helpful if someone give step by step guide to do that.

hi, ive tried also, followed many tutorials. But the far as i could get was with the lynx tailwind plugin and the rsbuild plugin:

There ae some plugins missing, but i think its a good start
