CityEnviron's object (Human, Vehicle) position for object tracking purpose while making the drone to follow

Is there any intuitive concept to let the drone follows any desired object by using CityEnviron's object like human or vehicle based on object's position? I still do not clear if we could have any specific object's tag from this CityEnviron. Thank you.
