Extract a DACPAC to file/folder structure? - Similar to ExtractTarget=SchemaObjectType

This is similar to another discussion I posted a while back: #123

In that discussion I was asking if it's possible to create a file/folder structure using sqlpackage where the source is a database (connection string). In which case I was able to use /p:ExtractTarget=SchemaObjectType.

Now I have a need to extract a DACPAC into a file/folder structure.

Unfortunately, the Extract action does not support SourceFile as a parameter; Which makes sense when looking at the DacServices class. I was hoping I could build my own small utility in C#, but it doesn't appear the classes support it.

It seems the only way to produce a file/folder structure is using DacServices.Extract() and setting extractOptions.ExtractTarget = SchemaObjectType, which doesn't really work when your source is a DacPackage and not a connectionString.

I tried looking at the TSqlModel class to see if there's any sort of Extract capabilities there, but I couldn't find anything.
