Pylance conflicts with the code completion features of other extensions.

In VS Code, there is a conflict between the Pylance extension and the Fittencode extension. When using Fittencode's code completion feature, it will cause Pylance to incorrectly determine the line numbers where the code is located, leading to bugs.I have no idea whether the functions of other extensions will conflict with it as well.
