How to TAB or switch through sources?

When using a consult command with multiple sources such as consult-buffer
I often want TAB or switch through sources. Is there a keybind for this?
I am moving away from Helm right now. For it there's M-o to switch between sources.
I'm aware that there's the narrow functions.

If you use Vertico, there are vertico-next-group and vertico-previous-group. in the vertico-map these command rebind forward-paragraph and backward-paragraph. I've bound them M-k and M-i respectively.
