NTrace-core for win7

Content: I have successfully built NTrace-core for Windows 7 using a modified Go 1.25 toolchain that restores the missing syscalls in legacy Windows. This allows Win7 users to enjoy the latest NTrace-core features without being stuck on Go 1.20.
