Is "Batch Tools"->"Dir Updater" destructive ?

Hi,
I have a doubt, when I use "Dir Updater" in "Batch Tools", I can update/add new roms to romsets inside a "Dst Dir".
The a rom in "Src Dir" used to update a romset wiil be deleted ?
All the roms in "Src Dir" will be deleted when batch is finished?

Src dir will remain unmodified unless src dir is the same folder as dst dir or is inside dst dir… but that would be a very very bad idea
