Error when reapplying for the Education Pack

Hi everyone,

After setting up the two-factor authentication and completing billing information, I wanted to reapply for the Student Education Pack. Unfortunately, when I try to reapply after attaching my Student ID photo, nothing happens and I see the following window with the red triangle error sign.

I attach the screenshot of the error. Thanks in advance for the help.

P.S.
I've tried clearing cookies, relogging and using different browser.

Hi @filiplysiak,

Usually this issue is solved by submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

These users solved it by using the phone: #162877, #168688

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
